Omnibiz is a Nigerian B2B e-commerce platform transforming Africa’s traditional retail supply chain by digitizing the wholesale and distribution process for Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). Founded in 2019 by Deepankar Rustagi, Omnibiz enables retailers to order directly from manufacturers and distributors through a mobile app or USSD, eliminating multiple layers of middlemen, reducing inefficiencies, and improving transparency and cost-effectiveness in procurement. The platform aggregates demand from small and medium-sized retailers, giving them access to a wide variety of products including food, beverages, toiletries, and household goods, all delivered directly to their storefronts. This last-mile logistics infrastructure is powered by a network of third-party logistics partners, coordinated through Omnibiz’s tech-driven ecosystem. Omnibiz offers more than just product ordering. It provides inventory management tools, sales tracking dashboards, access to credit, and actionable insights for shop owners. Its financial services partnerships also allow informal retailers to obtain working capital loans and buy-now-pay-later options, helping them scale operations.
