The African Leadership Academy is a two-year residential school in South Africa for students aged 16-19, focusing on developing future African leaders through a unique curriculum combining academic core subjects with entrepreneurial leadership and African studies. ALA's mission is to transform Africa by identifying, developing, and connecting young leaders who will work together to address the continent's greatest challenges.
